The terms that apply when you use this website or buy services from Web9SEO.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or services operated by Web9SEO ("we", "us" or "our"), the web division of PC Graphics.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use our Service.

Web9SEO provides web design, managed WordPress hosting and related services on a month-to-month subscription basis. Service descriptions, deliverables and pricing are agreed in writing before any engagement starts. Our WordPress plugins and template kits are free and are provided under their own open-source licenses.

Hosting is $12 per site per month, or $120 per site per year when prepaid, paid by card and billed in advance. The price does not increase for an existing account. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Hosting covers the site's presence on the web (server, SSL, backups, updates, monitoring); editing and managing the site is the customer's responsibility. Custom work ("Build it for me") is quoted in writing before it starts. A failed payment may result in service suspension until it is settled.

On hosting we are responsible for the server, PHP, SSL, daily off-site backups, WordPress core and plugin updates and uptime monitoring. You are responsible for your theme, content and plugin settings. Support is by email at hello@web9seo.com, Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, with a reply within one business day. Restoring a site from the daily backup is included in the monthly price.

You may cancel at any time with no notice period. Service runs to the end of the paid month and then stops. No refunds are issued for partial months. You can download a full export of your website and data (Backinator) yourself at any time, before or after cancelling.

On full payment, you own all content and design assets created specifically for your project. We keep the right to show completed projects in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.

Web9SEO's brand assets, website code and methods remain our intellectual property. Free plugins and template kits are covered by the license in their repositories, not by this clause.

Web9SEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any service does not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three months.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements. Free plugins and kits are provided as is, as their licenses state.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal action.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We give reasonable notice of significant changes.
