Do I need to worry about cookie banners and privacy laws?

The compliance basics are built in

Cookie consent, a privacy policy and accessibility are the three things small sites get letters about. All three come with Radmin, on hosting and in the free plugin: switch them on under Radmin → Compliance.

Skip link, visible focus outline, reduce-motion support, a visitor toolbar (text size, contrast, link underlines, readable font, stop animations) and a generated accessibility statement.

Can I resell it?

White label, $12 per site per month

  • Flat $12 per site per month. With 10 or more sites you get your own private server for all of them; ask us.
  • The client sees only your brand: no Web9 name in their admin, emails or login URL.
  • You are the client's support. You email us and get the same one-business-day reply.
  • If a client leaves you, hand them a Backinator export, or we move the site to their own $12 account.

Accounts are set up by hand today: you tell us when to add or remove a site and we do it. A client dashboard is coming.

Can I leave?

Any time, no notice period. Service runs to the end of the paid month, no partial refunds. Download a Backinator export at any time, restore it on another host, and cancel.

What do I own?

The site, the content and the data. WordPress runs on your account, pages are saved as plain HTML and CSS, and a Backinator export gives you the whole site as one file with its own installer.

I'm on Wix or Squarespace, can I bring my site?

Not as-is, they don't export it. Pick the kit that looks closest, copy your text and photos over; a small site takes an afternoon. Or send the form and we do it for a quote. From another WordPress host: install Backinator there, make a backup and restore it here.

Do I need a domain?

Yes, bought from any registrar, typically $10–20 a year. You point it at the site; the hosting platform shows you the exact settings. We don’t sell domains.

Both are built in. Radmin › Compliance has an accept / decline cookie banner that holds scripts until consent, a privacy policy generated from what the site runs (California-focused, optional EU/UK section), an accessibility toolbar and statement, and a checklist showing what is still missing.

What is the stack?

WordPress with Kira Page Builder, Formulator, Alemedia, Backinator, Radmin and Git Plugin preinstalled. Kira saves pages as static HTML and CSS; Alemedia serves WebP and JPEG XL; Radmin handles login protection, caching and SMTP.
